We consider Dashi broth very important and carefully make it with chicken bones, Kombu kelp, Shiitake mushrooms, Iriko (dried small sardines), Agodashi (cockspur stock), Kezuribusi (flakes made of dried bonito). Okonomiyaki (pancake made with vegetables and meat/seafood) is also outstanding.
Kuro-Dashi (dark color broth) Champon and Kuro (black) Okonomiyaki are also in our menu.
